Croft Vets (Sheffield Branch) Pet Health Plan aims to give your pet the preventative care they need.

Vetsure will look after the administration for your plan, including collecting monthly Direct Debits from Croft Vets (Sheffield Branch) clients on their behalf. This leaves you with more time to focus on taking care of your companion.

*The cost of the first part of your puppy or kitten’s two-part primary vaccination course is not covered. This is payable to Croft Vets. The second part of adult restart is covered, when the first is given at Croft Vets.

*Monthly flea & worming for dogs. Monthly flea treatment for cats. 3 monthly worming for cats.

*** If any additional anal gland treatment is identified at the time of emptying (due to infection, for example) the cost of such treatment is not covered by this plan.

**VHD 2 vaccines may incur additional charges outside of the plan. Please refer to your vet for further details.

Please ensure you are registered with the desired practice you wish to purchase your Pet Health Plan from. If you are not registered, your plan may be cancelled.
